How do i get to the callout marked with yellow circle on the radar when after 5 seconds (around it) the callout disappears and communicate appears; crime scene cleared. -.- (sorry for terrible english if someone doesn't understand something ask please)

When i am chasing someone in car and i requesting a backup they are coming to this place where i called this backup and not chasing the bad guy with me. Before installing police helper mod it was ok they were helping me.How do i solve this problem?
