MaxSteele

This is a pack of the fictional Overtown Police Department (unrelated to Overtown, Miami). Each skin has it's own unique unit number and some have designators for special untis such as Traffic, Supervisor, Bike Unit and the Accident Response Unit. There are also unmarked vehicles and one Ghost design. The Numbers are divided into groups, 20-60 for the patrol divisions, 70-79 for K9, 80-89 for Traffic and 90-99 for the Special units. All supervisor numbers end with a 0. The skin pack was made for the LSPD pack by t0y, but could work on other vehicles as well, you'll have to try it out for yourself. Link to the pack: For the downloads I've included two ways of installing them, either by simply replacing the YTD (texture) files or by manually changing the skins in the pack by replacing the existing ones with my PNG files.
