    I ran the diagnostic in admin and it worked, everything checked out. I ran Gtaiv.exe and it still froze, I got an additional message, (See Image4.jpg)

    I'm having an Issue with my game starting up after installing LCPDFR (0.91) I also tried running your diagnostics tool and it freezes half-way through. (I attached a pic of that) Here Is what is happening... I downloaded 0.91, and installed it. I also installed vcredist_x86.exe and the other file. I then installed the mod and it went well. I tried to start my game, and this happened! (See image1.jpg) So, I ran your diagnostics tool and it froze up too! (See image2.jpg) I have my game backed up, so when I take out all the installed files in my game folder, the game works well, but I really want this mod :( Please help, thanks!
