    Spawn in sheriff & spawns in a messed up crown vic. The files are 100% not right. Don't know what you did wrong but i can't even get this to work at all.

    Thank you so much. I know that i am not able to do that with ELS V8. Is there a different ELS that will allow me to change my siren pattern in MP. Or is there a different way to change them in MP? Thanks for help. Much appreciated.

    But see the thing is my Sire Tone and Horn Mode Display says SRNM OFF STBY and then DF. What is DF and how do i change it. By the way this is for online. Look at the images to see what i am talking about

  14. ELS V8 HELP NEEDED

    Ok so i own a legit copy of GTA IV. I installed the game first. Then installed LCPDFR .95RCR2. After that i installed my clan pack. After that i had to install ELS V8. Everything installed and looked good. Went into Single Player and messed around and everything was working like it should. Went online for to make sure everything worked. Well i ran into a problem. For some reason when i push T to change my siren it don't change. So i tried 1234 and that didn't do anything at all either. When i push G my siren comes on but it don't want to change to all my other modes. Can someone please help me. I see a bunch of people on YouTube that have it working but none of them are willing to help me.
