My thoughts on a Los Angeles City Fire Department Lifeguard Rescue Vehicle....

To install simply, download his vehicle pack
 
Now select the topper and make sure all files are name {lguard.***} including YTD and YFT files.
 
Using OpenIV install the lguard files in to the latest patch folder vehicles.
 
Once installed open the YTD with OpenIV in edit mode and drop all the files in the LGUARD folder then save.
 
Next go to your ELS folder in GTA V and find the default folders and drop the XML file there to makes the lights and reflections work.
 
 
That is all, Now carry on...

With the file now downloaded, simply replace the standard Predator Police Boat with all 3 files located here using OpenIV into the latest Patchday Folder (update\x64\dlcpacks)
 
Then open up each file, one at a time HANDLING.META and VEHICLES.META, and replace with the information located in each xml file.
 
Once that is all complete, you are set.

The is a basic, no thrills, not perfect CHP skin for @Thehurk 2013 CHP Harley-Davidson Electra Glide and @HDgamerzPC Palm City Police Department. Just an updated CHP version I threw together. This skin for this AWESOME bike. And no I'm not into the newer sport bike stuff.
 
To install simply install the vehicle as normal using OPENIV. Once installed, open the YTD file, pick which version, rename to harley_sign_1.png, then just drop the skin in and save... That's it!!..

TopCop72 here is a quick put together L.A.F.D. skin for @downcoldkiller Pierce Arrow PUC.... Simply down the file, extract the texture and replace it in the YTD File of the Pierce Arrow PUC using OPENIV and done.
 
There are 2 to choose from, both are close to being authentic. One is straight white line the other has a curve.
 
To help with clarity, change the MIPMAPS once you have installed the skin from the standard 11 to 1 or 2.

There are 4 fictional skins included in the upload, a LAPD, FBI and (BSCO and LASD)
 
You add all files or whichever one you wish. Simply change the filename or replace the existing skin(s).
 
If you want to have all, rename the remaining file you want accordingly and make sure you have added 'FLAG_HAS_LIVERY' to the FLAGS in the vehicle.meta of the RIOT located in the "GTA V\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\vehicles.meta" or your MODS folder if you use one using OPENIV.

I am a huge LAFD Fan and since @medic4523 has created some fantastic vehicles. Per request, this is the LAFD Ford F-450 skin for Medic4523 Utility Truck.
 
SImply download the vehicles(s) and install them using OPENIV. Then come to this folder on your PC once unzipped and replace the .YTD file in OPENIV from the specific folder. This will change skin to LAFD and also this light from red/blue/amber to red/red/amber, save and you are all set.
 
XML ELS file is also included.

I created a skin for the majorpaine2015's FALCON RADAR GUN for use with Albo1125 Traffic Policer 6.14.1.2. I added a screen since it was blank to add some more realism to the gun while using it.
 
Simply download the original FALCON RADAR gun, replace it in your weapons, then replace with texture with the one I have created.

This is a radar i made a couple years ago and decided to just release it because of the requests. You can replace this model with any gun by just renaming the files to the gun you want to exchange with. It can be aimed while sitting in vehicle for that realistic feel.
 
Edit: Place radar files in this location.
Mods > Update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday8ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > models > cdimages > weapons.rpf

I've had these in my game for a long time. This was an attempt at re-creating my christmas tree tahoe released on here before. I think this one looks way better, lol.
 
There are two variants, Lightbar and slicktop.
The slicktop variant has more lighting, where the lightbar'd variant has Three lightbars on it. It is christmas after all.
