Two Sheriff Deputy's finish off their coffee at the Procopio Truckstop, Blaine County.

The 2011 CVPI with the traffic unit livery from the Sheriff Pack I'm putting together for personal use. Hopefully I'll actually finish this pack this time.

It's been near on two months since I last touched the Caprice's. I've fixed some issues and updated the base model. These were my first ever models, so they're pretty basic not overly good.

My love for this car and the old style lightbars makes me want to start again from scratch (oh god) and get the quality better, inside and out. I'll probably try an ELS version too, and an updated interior.

I notice the speaker coming through the cage. I'll fix it later.

It's my birthday today so I have a gift for you guys. It's finally getting revealed. I have spent the last 4 days fully reconverting the Go-4 from the original file and optimizing it for you guys. This WILL BE A DEV release. It also almost done, just a few more things need fixing and should be out in a few days

Well, the Tomar Heliobe seems finished. Over the past day I've fixed all the bugs listed yesterday, put a black background in the corner lights to make the glass stand out more like it does on the other pods, and remapped the glass and emissives to textures that allow for high customization easily:

Well I tried out scratch modeling and managed to create a Tomar Heliobe! It still needs a lot of work to be releaseable though. (Shown on a LSPD test-car)

Good lord am I tired of 2011 CVPI's with LED bars.
Thankfully, @flwpheonix masterfully created a set of 98-99 Vics with rotators to play with, and I'm absolutely in love with them!
You can tell he put a lot of care and effort into making this pack, so I'm gonna shout him out here and give him a lil more exposure because I think he deserves it.

I tend to envision Blaine County's Sheriff Dept. as a low budget agency that couldn't afford fancy graphics and would use equipment until it was completely destroyed by the desert. These cars, combined with this skin by @iansonwheels and a little weathering by yours truly  really sells that idea, in my opinion.

    What do you think?

EDIT: I should probably include a link to the pack, huh?

and LSPDFR staff: this would make a great featured file. Just sayin'!

Two SAHP units watching over morning traffic heading into Los Santos. Pack is coming together quite nicely. Have Chargers, FPIS's and now Caprices done. Hmm what next?

AWESOME models by the talented @Kane104 and @Mr. Kindness757
(I just wish the Caprice had mapped license plates! lol)

A significant upgrade from this piece of shit:
I found a pattern that somewhat looks like the real version's simulated led rotations, but it looks decent enough with each beacon flashing solid. Plan on doing a whole pack if I'm satisfied with the results of this. Lightbar will be more detailed in the final version
