    Hello! My problem is mostly that I don't like the realism of the traffic. I drive around the block and I see 4 police cars patroling, which feels stupid. It feels stupid to respond to a call and rush to the location and on your way pass 12 other police cars (that just patrols). So, what I am asking for is a mod that works like the traffic-mods but removes (some) police-cars and adds more civilian cars. Is this possible? Is there a mod out there that does this? Could I modify one of those "taxi-bug" mods to do this? Thank you! Xandarb
