    how do I change the likelihood of the events? I feel like every 10-15 cars have something with them. It gets a bit annoying when in a pursuit and you get 15 popups saying insurance is expired. it also breaks the emersion a bit to wait at a traffic stop and get two messages for stolen vehicles. great mod I can see myself having a lot of fun with this if only I could change the likelihood of these events
