I have a low end system and I get 40+ fps. the lowest Ill get would be like 29 when The scenary gets intense but average about 36 -
This is CRUE ENB. It Consists of CryENB as well as TRUE ENB to come up with CRUE ENB. Ive also modified godrays and Visual Settings to make the game look better. try it your self. Credits are below. ELS LOOKS GREAT!!!!!

Hey. Im going to tell you that this is an awesome ENB. however I have a problem. Im getting about 25 FPS and I could use an extra 5fps. Can you tell me something I can do to the files to help me get alittle better fps. I LOVE HOW THE ELS LIGHTS Look. I also have my gta 4 settings the lowest they can go. Can I delete something that will make my game run a bit smoother. I think It may be the glare on the cars thats making me have low fps. Is there something I can delete im my directory that can Help me?
