So I just did a fresh install of everything and still no dice

I just tried that but when I go to compatiblity it doesn't pull up anything that says run as admin. I have been running all my programs logged into my admin account if that helps anything, not really sure haha Ahh, it may have been because I forgot to pull dsound.dll out of the lcpd folder and put it in the root folder. But I also tried the automatic install so I'm not sure if that's what's causing it or not.

Hey guys, last night I finally got GTA IV from steam and installed LCPD V1.0c and when I start the game and press alt + p it wont start. I also tried using v0.95 and it worked for a few minutes then crashed and now it just glitches out on the loading screen and will stay stuck on the loading screen. I downloaded and installed all the direct x components and frame work. Not sure whats going on with it. Right now I'm doing a fresh install of GTA, another 3 hour wait :( any help would greatly be appreciated.
