    I started having the same issue recently as well. To the point where I deleted every single mod, aside from [10/25/2018 1:30:56 AM.454] LSPD First Response: ProperPedAge, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null and its still happening. I thought it was one of the callout mods but it kept happening.   I am going to delete the properpedage and see if this fixes the issue. It could be that there is something specific lspdfr is trying to take from the ped when we stop them and its mixing up which ped we are actually stopping. I quoted a part of your log that shows the exact same crash issue i have.
