    Already tried, re-installing this one, and tried the (x64) version cuz I got a 64 bit comp. Tried reinstalling .net framework as well, 64bit and 32, still no work. any other suggestions?

    Anytime starting LCPDFR, it gives me an error. The DIAG tool reports all dependencies met. Signed file below.
