  1. the lcpdfr diagnostic tools crashing

    ok here is the thing i just got a new gaming computer and have never tried to download lcpfr i download it with the automatic installation and it runs through the program and at the last thing it says finish i click finish try to open up diagnostic tools and it crashes everytime i do not know what to do is it my computer or lcpdfr
