if I want to buy some better stuff for my pc to make gta 4 run faster cause its really slow what to i have to buy in terms of graphic cards and stuff

as you can see in the picture it says not rated after rated it says by nividia corps

thats too much sorry I'm don't know what your talking about so I'm suppose to enter my graphic setting? and my monitor screen is normal when i close gta 4

where do I go to turn it off
