ok i did right click launchgtaIV.exe and choose "troubleshoot compability" and then "an Error occurred while troubleshooting" I tok a screenshot . and i did log in as administrator. dont know if that is important or not? but i cant attach the screenshot . Used 480.25K of your 500K global upload quota (Max. single file size: 19.75K)

yes i did start as admin, but im not sure what compability mode is?

I think you need to patch gta4 to 1.0.7.0
