  1. Hi, I am having issues with the game starting, it crashes as soon as it gets to the loading "title" screen. I have had issues with this in the past and I determined it to be the scripthook.dll, which I fixed by downgrading the version of the game. I have also heard that running as an "administrator" fixed this problem, but I am playing it on steam and it doesn't really give me the option. Here is my bug report.
