I have changed some files etc, it starts up and loads now but now the problem is that I get stuck on the "Use of this blah blah license". Well it's doesn't say that but I can't remember what it says. Not sure why I get stuck on it?

Hey guys. I recently have came back, and wanted to play a little LCPD:FR. I launch it, and nothing happens. I wait and wait, nothing happens. Does anybody know a fix to this?
