This is highly frustrating. I KNOW I can run it, I HAVE ran it. I just simply want to play. What is the problem with the black screen

I want to fix the black screen issue not you telling me I can't play My computer meets the requirements though. I believe the textures is from the title update, can you just tell me how to undo that?

But I drive finely in game on lowest settings, that is all your gonna tell me? Waste of 20 bucks?

this just started happening after I used the attachment I am attaching to this reply I am just using ELSv8 and LCPDFR v9.5 something, computer specs are http://imgur.com/g4zpRuA also I am using SNT, dsound dll The reason I am using 9.5 something for lcpdfr is cuz 1.0 makes my game crash on startup

when I am in game after just driving for about a minute the game suddenly turns black. you see nothing but darkness. I got this after i got the latest patch http://imgur.com/9efbUq5

What about the stuff you need like directx. I want to know if it is those things causing it, how do I check if I have the right versions needed I did the els setup like shown in the video, still no luck, maybe I am not using the controls right? First of all, I am new to this and I don't know what I am doing in GTA IV on pc. I have my settings on the lowest settings and I still lag. I looked it up and my computer supposedly can handle the game, but for some reason I lag like total balls. Any suggestions to fix that would be appreciated First question: I have 3 mods, ELS v8, LCPDFR 1.0b, and Simple Native Trainer. The only mod that looks to be working is Simple Native Trainer. I have dsound dll. My question is, how do I check if LCPDFR and ELS are working because I tried some controls to turn the things on but they won't seem to work. I used the auto-installer for LCPDFR and for ELS, I dragged the installation contents into my DIR for GTA IV. I got the downloads from this site so they shouldn't be a virus. Second question: I have a skin that I know is working for a police car because I saw it, however for some reason, the lights only turn on for half the car, I don't know why. I appreciate any support you guys have to give, I am sorry if I sound like a noob and if I am missing something silly.
