Seems like a Direct X issue to me. Whats the error message you are getting? -Harper -TrooperJakey im getting this lauch GTA IV error .exe The program cant start because d3dx9_40.dll is missing from your compurter try reinstalling it it fix this problem.

THank you for the above, changed the settings and saved. Downloaded trainer. Slight problem, how do I stop it from working when in game? I push Alt+M in game to load up my ELS ino panel and it puts me on a motorbike... Whats the button that gives me the options? I looked through controls but nothing to actually activate/deactivate it during game play? you need to go in option and press 6 and then press 8 and it will say trainer disable press rctrl +ralt+e that means press the right Ctrl and Right alt post this up
