I just added a function in version 1.1 to ignore specific vehicles - the chimes won't be played for these vehicles.(But first they have to be added to the ignore_vehicles option in the configuration file)
Thanks for your comment! :) It would be possible, but I'd have to change many things, so if it comes, it might take a while. But another update will come in the meantime.
To prevent that, the chime only applies for the vehicles you've entered. If it still gets too annoying, you can always disable (and enable) the mod by pressing the end key on your keyboard (or another key, if you've changed the default key in the configuration). Because there are no seat belts in GTA without additional modifications, the sound will always be played when you turn on the engine (except you've set the "use_for_all_vehicles" setting to false and the vehicle you enter isn't a service vehicle (taxi, police cruiser, ...)).
Important information:
Please make sure to use the latest version of the .Net Script Hook. The latest version (version 1.7.1.7b) is included in the archive.
Otherwise Seat Belt Chime will crash when you enter a vehicle.
