  1. audio police scaner problem

    I have LCPDR 1.0b my game says I need to update but when I click update it doesn't take me to a link to update that's only 1 problem but doesn't really matter I can deal. my problem is everything works on my LCPDFR 1.0b except the police scanner. I can not hear dispatch or do not get update information during chases. when it tells me to call something in I do so and it shows my officer calling it in but I cant hear anything but when I make a traffic stoop or ask someone to pull over that's the only thing I am able to hear. someone anyone please help thanks.
