Awesome looking! Though that LTD looks as if the rear suspension is damaged. This, if you let me call it "glitch", was present since the very first release by Carface. Unfortuantely, it wasn't fixed by anyone yet...

It's quite old. Unfortunately I won't be able to name this ENB. Fact is, it was a combo of an ENB and a different enbeffect file (for dynamic DoF). The game became way too dark, so it was pretty much pointless... except I made on picture using that ENB. Sorry.

Right. That's IV with enb by GOOBZ (which kills your fps) and Ghostown Paradise map mod.
