http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/ place that in your gta 5 directory and you should be good to go. make sure you running the game from scripthook aswell and when the scripthook window pops up before the game windows even loads click that setting icon on the bottom left and make sure under the plugins tab that all plugins load on startup. if there is any skips or stuttering it could be your pc. whats your specs? are you running gta on max?

Do you have scripthookV installed in your directory?

you'll need to do a fresh install of Gta for starters because you messed something up when installing VisualV. Make sure your on the latest version of Gta and test the game with the new visualsettings.dat but without VisualV to make sure everything else works fine. just follow the installation instructions and you should be fine.

Try to install the Radiance V mod it might fix your problem

Make sure RagePluginHook and all the necessary files are inside your GtaV directory

If you have a good enough pc, max settings looks just fine for the most of us, VisualV does look nice but your computer better be able to handle it

What's your PC Specs?

Did you try updating your graphics drivers? Also, run the game as admin and in compatibility mode win 8

Look up a video on Youtube on "how to setup a mod folder:" that will fix your issue

You need to install the latest Rage Plugin Hook V0.50 and make sure your GtaV is updated aswell

Your problem is most likely that with every ELS car you install you don't install the XML file in the ELS - pack_default folder in the root directory

Do you have the latest game update?

Make sure you have the latest ScripthookV and your starting the game from the RagePluginHook. Also, you need to make sure your GtaV exe is running in compatibility mode (Win 8) and set as (Run as admin) if none of those work then assuming you're using a mod folder (like you should) startup OpenIV - GtaV - Click on tools at the top - Asi Manager and uninstall ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI (you can reinstall later by just clicking them) that will make it so GtaV doesn't load your mods folder which has graphics mods and cars Etc installed. If your game now works then you need to delete your mods folder and start over again putting mods in 1 by 1 till you figure out what your problem was. if all else fails the 3rd thing you can try is to remove all your scripts.

I added the files for the toronto peds in openiv and when i go in game it still shows up as the regular LAPD uniform. any help?

So I have a legit copy of GTA4 but i lost the box which has the serial key on it but i still had the discs. so i'm installing my gta4 on my newly built computer and i obviously need to activate it, is there a way to get the serial key off of my old computer? i've looked through a ton of files and haven't found anything with the serial key visible. anybody got any ideas?
