I deleted xlive so many times I will try all that when I get a chance thanks

How can I do that this is my first tine doing all this

I keep having problems with everything I watched the video I followed everything he said nothing works I even tried running the G17 media IV Diagnostic and that even stops working. Ok I have been trying to get my GTA 4 to work with this mod for the past four days IDK what I am doing wrong I just downloaded the up to date one tonight and when I try to play it after I install it with xlive it gets to where it says starting new game and then the game crashes for some reason so I reinstall the whole game and lcpdfr with dsound when I even try to start the game it just crashes before it even loads anything so can anyone help me with this thanks so much for this emergency mod cause I am becoming a real life paramedic so I want to play gta as a cop and all that thanks EMT-IV LIvely
