I've been looking around, and can't find it. Sorry if I sound like a noob.

I want other officers to naturally spawn without the raincoat/raincoat pants, to stop the invisible waist. My question is how do I remove the raincoat and raincoat legs?

I have researched a bit about the topic, and I know the problem is the pants for the raincoats, because the game doesn't bother to render the waist since the raincoat covers it, but my problem is how do I remove the raincoat completely off the officer? Or set the raincoat pants to only spawn with the raincoat, thanks in advance.
