I have an undated copy of gta, how can I play without updating to today's update so I can use scriphook, is there any way to play offline or avoid the update?

ELS uses scriphook and today gta was updated so until scriphook update, ELS won't work

hello everyone I can not play lspdfr I open RPH and gta crashes and reinstall the game 2 times from steam and I still can not play I get an error the game closed unexpectedly that error comes out in the launcher can someone help me?

hello everyone I have a problem I have a 1050ti i play game the ultra with 70/80 fps in the campaign but when I play the online gta I have 40 fps as maximum 50 fps and lower the quality to normal and I have the same fps probe put everything very low and I have the same fps I do not know what it is but it bothers me a lot 😞 helpp
