Okay so I kind of found a solution, I am trying to update the game from within i.e. when GFWL says inside the game that an update is available, but I have another problem, when the game loads, it kind of hangs after the GTA logo, and I have to end the game with the task manager. Thoughts?

See, thats the whole problem.... my GTA just wont update!!! after running the update application which i downloaded off rockstar game's site, It finishes successfully, but when in click on lauchgta, i just see a command prompt for 2 sec, then its gone and thats it. Nothing happens after it

Hello People, I downloaded LCPDFR couple of days back. After this I got to know that I need GTA 4 Patch 1.07 to run it,so I downloaded it. But, after downloading and installing it, it doesn't run. I just see the command prompt then nothing!! I have tried everything including re installing the game, .net framework, essentials. Yes, I have a legal copy of the game Please help, I really want to run LCPDFR!! Thanks.
