Game runs through loading screens just fine, but when it gets to the final loading screen when it turns black for it to load into the game itself it doesn't load it stays in the black screen. It says that it's loading LSPDFR at the bottom right corner and it even gives me the notification that LSPDFR has stopped to prevent a crash. I can also bring up the Rage menu but that's about it. Any fixes for this yet or is it just a matter of waiting for an update on it?

Same place I always have. The only one I've put in was one that replaced FBI. That would be under the Mods folder, x64e.

I've read other posts on this as well and tried out what those posts said but still no luck. I've reinstalled the GTA 3 times now. I install LSPDFR with the latest Ragepluginhook and the latest Scripthook it loads up fine. But after I install ELS and use Open IV to add a car that's when it crashes. Can't point out exactly what it could be. Could it be the Advancedhook from ELS? or the OpenASI from Open IV?

Having issues with the game crashing while it's loading. Everything was fine, everything was up to date even after the latest GTA update. But today all of a sudden it started to crash while in the loading screen. I did a fresh install just to make sure and I noticed that every time it would launch with advancedhookv it would crash but if when I would take it off it would load no problem. But of course you need AdvancedHook for ELS and all the other plugins to work right? Does anyone have a solution or an idea to why it could be happening?
