    Yes, go to common/data/visualsettings.dat, and look for Other Emissive Lights. Then change the car.defaultlight.emissive.on to a lower number. Mine is 3750.00.

    This ICEnhancer was intended to create a perfect balance between a beautiful city and amazing looking ELS lights. I took the original ICEnhancer 1.35 that Ice La Glace created and edited a large portion of the files to create an amazing looking game. If you find any bugs/problems or have any suggestions, be sure to send me a PM or post a comment. Only post constructive criticism! Known Bugs in v1.0: - Night and Lightning will make your ELS about 2x brighter. - EXTRASUNNY2 will make some things have a purple tint. I recommend Vucko's HD Road Textures! http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/enb-settings-v70e-f23563 I get about 45-55 fps during the day and 55-60 fps during the night on all max settings, 1080p, and view and detail both about 30.
