Try setting PreloadAllModels = True in the configuration file for LCPDFR and see if that clears it up, you shouldn't be getting spammed that much in your log file, but seeing that warning is very very common.
 
You've made a monumental error somewhere. Please be aware that LCPDFR 1.0b requires more resources than 0.95 did, purely because of how much more has changed. I advise you remove all other mods and verify that LCPDFR can run on your system before trying to install lots of ENB's or vehicle models. I would also recommend not using high-poly vehicle models for the same reason.
 
For future reference, creating your own thread makes responding to individuals needs much easier and allows us to keep track of who is having what problem, you may be having a different problem to the OP even if it is only a minor difference.
