    Hi everyone. I tried to do a search for this and didn't see anything with this problem. when I'm playing GTA 4 with LCPDER it runs right then it goes into a real slow mode for about 2 mins then goes back to regular speed. Ive tried lowering grapichs and to use the patch but when I try to open the patch it just shows "it stopped working". Any help would be apriciated
