Okay I need some help, it is definitely ScriptHookDotNet causing my game to crash, I have images below that show I have no mods installed, only a Trainer, PLD, LSPDFR with Callout mods and that's it. I don't know what could be the problem. Should note that I did delete the Albo Tool, still crashing.

Pits are always glitchy, that's just the game itself. Also you're really spouting a bunch of nonsense, I ain't trying to start an argument here, but all the things you're complaining about can easily be disabled/bypassed so that way you don't have to deal with them again. Of course if you really want to go old fashioned, you can just play GTA 4 LSPDFR. 🤣🤣🤣

Only Script I'm running that requires that is RobFleecaBanks, which was updated like 4 days ago, so I don't think that's the issue, at least not on my end.

I only know this because when I was trying to load LSPDFR up, the game kept crashing, I went around experimenting and lo and behold, LSPDFR was working perfectly fine once I removed all the ScripthookDotNet files, just a heads up for all of you who might have this file installed, and no, I do not know if ScripthookDotNet will get an update to it.
