I was watching a video ealier were a guy was getting chased by the police, but the police sirens were ELS, and he wasn't using LSPDFR, he was just playing the game itself, not that chase me feature. The thing was his game didn't crash, so my question is, can you actually have ELS activated when not playing LSPDFR and your game won't crash?

What do you mean by this? In the game or the WIFI connection?

Electric cars are fine, but I think we need to wait until the battery life on them is improved. Plus, electric cars aren't popular enough yet for them to be mass produced for police departments, right we just have to stick with gas cars, simply because it lasts a lot longer. You also have to take cost in too, departments have limited budgets, and mass buying electric cars is going to be very expensive.

I think the Simple Native Trainer does that.

Hey guys, so i'm looking for a mod that improved the non els in GTA 4, it made it to where strobes were added. I can't seem to find it, does anybody here know where it's at?

About the knob gear thing, I think that could be almost as effective as the steering wheel gear shifter.
