Hello all, This might be a bit long, as Im a tad noobish and want to make sure I havent missed anything that might be important
I've been running LCPDFR for a while now, and had no real issues, but im currently experiencing some real odd niggly ones!
After running with the vanilla cars for a while, I downloaded a real car install pack that ended up gaving me the taxi error, so thought rather than pick though and find the original meshes and stuff and reinserting them in SparkIV and then reediting the other files, I decided to do a fresh install.
So I did
Looking at the files after reinstall there were still the scripts I had been using in the scripts folder, but not LCPDFR, so I reinstalled that.
with the other scripts I removed the files and replaced them with fresh copies just incase.
The mods Im running are;
Arrest Warrant (never worked, even before I reinstalled)
Assassination (works the same, but alwasy been a little bit buggy)
Indicator (works fine, no change)
Less Overtake (works fine, no change)
Traffic Flow (I havent a clue if this is working or not, but it doesnt seem any different...)
Vehicle Selector (never worked)
Rancher replaced Chevrolet Blazer
Im also running the Simple Native trainer
Now into the problems, I have been playing th Assassination script currently, and the problem im having is that when I get into a car, the horn is the police car siren! I can hear the horn under the siren, but it will stop when i remove my finger from "G" unlike the siren which continues, just like a police car.
And, if i tap G again, it will cycle between the 3 siren modes. When in a police car the siren works fine, with the turning on with a press, or sounding the alt sirens when held.
Problem two is weird and I have only just noticed. If I save my vehicle in SNT, after a while if i press the horn/siren button i will get police car lights on the ground around the car, and the optional parts of the vehicle will flash along with the siren.
Very odd. If i destroy the car and spawn in another it will be fine. This seems to be happen around the similar time that the Asassination scripts crashes, but Im not 100% certain of that and don't know how that script could interfere with SNT
Help! I know its not a game ruiner, but I tend to use the horn a lot in traffic
