[New] LCPDFR can't find my game file even though it is correct.

Hi, im new to the LCPDFR Game and Community. I just bought 6 GTAS including one being GTA 4. When i found out about this game, i wanted to install it. But every time i ran the lcpdfr setup, it would not find my game file, even if it is correct. I have a theory, this is a Windows 8 compatibility issue. If you have a solution to this, i will greatly appreciate it.
