While looking at gta iv's sound files, I noticed a police radio file for a possible case of anthrax. Any idea what that was for?

I made a fresh install of gta iv and the securom thing does nothing for like 5 seconds, stops at 30% and fails. I activated it manually and it does nothing

Every time i try to install a ped mod with open iv, the game launcher downloads files and gets rid of the mod
