How do I know about which version the scripts work with, I do have the problem of scripts crashing one by one after about 30-40 minutes of gameplay.

Today, when I chase a suspect, everything was smooth, when the suspect stopped, five different units smashed into me and turn my car in to a BALL OF FLAMING JUNK. Is there a way to reduce the number of cops boxing the suspect, like we did with the units in pursuit. 

Alright, one more question, why they made cops able to commandeer civilian vehicles, when they fly alongside the pursuit, there's no light and sirens and I'm pretty sure real police don't do this, do they? Teach me more about police work.

Also guys, how do you stop the game from spawning a helicopter on the helipad in the algonguin station. Cause I want to do a helicopter run and when I come back, I can't land.

Yes it was because of the Callout+ plugin, any support for that?

Yes, I have the mod, but IT STILL DID NOT HELP. I am about to cry, especially after ELS doesn't automatically repair your vehicle.

Alright, so you mean I need to remove all my mods except car mods and the callout+? And what can I do to make the old mods work properly. Thirdly, I never had the error, either before I edited the files for taser or before I installed the callout+, I'll look into that.

I did in the support forum, but the cops are still crazy, please don't tell me I need to just live with it.

OK, I switched the cop cars in pursuit to 2 and officers to 4, but still three units plowed through everything, making more mess than the suspect.

Oh, and I'll just ask quickly, after about 30 minutes of game play, all of my braveheart's scripts crash, why. and if I reload scripts how do I go on duty without having to go back to a police station and do everything from the beginning.

Ha, alright, I know I'm not always the primary, but, in the game, AI don't know when and how to PIT the suspect to end the pursuit. I will look into the the .ini, report back asap.

BTW, how do you use the taser in 1.0c, Alt+T, or T doesn't work.

What to you think is a good number of cop cars, and does the number of cop cars include me. It's on 5, but when the suspect stopped, there are at least 7 on scene, and when they come, they just plow right in.

Hello, guys, I was playing LCPDFR, and when I call a chase, cops cars just rush up, ramming everything on the way(including me, unfortunately), and start kissing the suspect's bumper. If I stay right behind the suspect, I'll get rammed by my fellow officers than the suspect. Switching to passive tactics DID NOT HELP. Is there a way to get them to stay away but within a reasonable distance, and I can actually take the primary unit, instead of backing to the end of the line, wait for the AI cops to crash, get to the front, fall back again, just to avoid getting rammed to a piece of scrap metal (with ELS lights:).

By the way, even with the "passive tactics enabled" the AI ops still smash into me if I slow down, any more workaround, scripts, possibly.

It depends whether the pushbar has a [COL] in the pushbar hierarchy. If it did, it wouldn't glitch into the suspect's bumper.

The AIs are fine for me.  They actually are really good at pursuits. 

Unfourtunately a lot of what you're talking about you just have to take on the chin and deal with.

 

 

As far as I'm aware there's no work around for this. With a push bar on your vehicle it's quite realistic that the bonnet gets flipped up. Often times a ram to the front releases the lock mechanism of the bonnet- as can be seen here: (3:00 onwards)

Yes sir, I am aware of the fact the hood goes up when rammed, but the push bar is supposed to be built to crash hard, instead, the push bar in the game just glitch into the suspects' bumper. 

Yes that is indeed a bug, I thought I listed it, but it seems I forgot. That happens when you use different patterns for the different siren modes.

Sounds more like a problem with the car you've installed. Maybe it's missing the L1 or L2 models. Have you tried with other cars?

What I have very rarely with ELS v8 is, it seems to delete my front right wheel (I know this sounds very odd) resulting in my car trying to fall through the ground on the front right side. I've never had any problem with that car, I only had this bug with ELS v8.

I am not sure by F8, I hit F8 and nothing happened, I have LCPDFR 1.0b manual installation by the way. Also, I don't think the push bar makes a difference, I ram the suspect straight, but the hood (or bonnet? if you are from Britain) poped right up, is there a work around that.

  I know I brought this up once, but REALLY!!!!???? I got ram more by other officers than the suspect, the outrage!!!!!!!!! I am just asking if there's gonna be a script to let us pick our position (e.x. primary, secondary, backup, not sure, not an expert in police work). BTW, is there anyway to actually get the AI cops to cause more carnage than the suspect. It's really annoying to see your primary and secondary units smash into civilians FIVE TIMES at over 75 MILES AN HOUR! Also, I don't think the PIT maneuver physics.

I am not sure why, but since I got ELS, sometimes I see lights and officers, but not the car body, and sometimes, when a stolen emergency vehicles get too far, the car will just de-spawn right in front of my eyes. Anybody have a fix for this. commandline.txt does not work the floor just disappear after going into pause menu.

Record chase duration in GTA IV, 5 minutes and a half, before the suspect driving a Dilante manage to come a round the underpass on the western side of Algonquin near the safehouse and slams into a Bobcat at 80 miles a hour, scary.
