@kevin it's not just a demo that is their new markings- I made this skin for the other caprice I used the shield number from a fallen officer(from 911) as my car number - I actually have about 15 skins so far Great job on the car/skin Here is my NYPD skin , this skin was designed after a friend of mine/co-worker who was lost on 9-11 the car number is his shield number and the command was his last we worked together as part of a surface crime unit I made this skin along with PAPD and an FDNY skin Uploaded with ImageShack.us Uploaded with ImageShack.us Also made a bunch of other skins but this is one that I have not seen yet it is the lates graphics for the Puerto Rico Police Dept. Yes bpm got his model from Casey but he was also Told not to release it but that is for another show I'm following kevins lead and going do the same I wasnt trying to make this a thing against evi as I said before I don't believe he is a thief he is a skilled modder

yes police fanatic does have permission and I know it is going to come up because I was told to f..ck off on here and that nothing can be done to stop them they must read this http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/hr2281.pdf it is the digital millenium copyright act and those thieves can face legal action under this provision under the law that covers intellectual property such as scratch made 3d models worldwide I have consulted with a legal team and found this to be the case here but those who stole the cars got lucky that dodgeboy got tired of his work being stolen and decided to just quit

You are correct he tried to claim in you tube that it is converted from mist wanted but if you look at the door handles that gives it away with the interior both of the interceptors that bpm has were stolen from nfspolicehq that were scratch made by dodgeboy but ,ultimately nobody cares because they all just want the next new car that's out ,that is why we lose more modelers every day because yes it takes alot of work to convert the cars but if you convert these cars without respecting the wishes of the one who made the car it Is just wrong and then you turn around and lock the car so nobody can "steal" it,that is what gets me ,you don't want your conversion stolen but you didn't care when you stole it in the first place and yes I can offer proof but as I have gotten into it with people here who don't care where the car came from I just wanted to say my part and that is all I can say I have alot of respect for you but unfortunately he is not the only one who has taken the car.Others that have taken them and have released them are well respected in the gta community they have done it time after time and it will never stop
