I bought GTA IV from steam and yes i have made a new folder in my programme files(86x) to mod my game, My back-up GTAIV would be in my steam directory. Iv installed the latest LCPDFR, I have the latest patch 1.0.7.0., Iv installed vHd Policehelper, Tow Truck Service, Traffic Flow, POE Script, Indicator Script, ELS V7, I have modded cars all els enabled, i have installed new road textures. Yes i do run LaunchGTAIV.exe as a Adminstrator. So this is what pops up when the game crashes.
