    im a noob with firewall stuff. not sure how to block it, i know you got to contol panel > firewall > advanced settings that's it.

    i could use some help, i have a gta v backup game. the main game i modded with lcpdfr and a couple other mods. Due to the recent rockstar update that game is broke until new release of rage plugin. now everytime i try running the GTA V backup the game redownloads a new copy -_- very frustrating! please help?
