ShadyCB got a reaction from nickynick9 for a file, Harlem State Patrol
This is a retexture for the sheriff SUV and crusier. I've replaced the Vapid logo with the Ford logo and I've also taken out the "police interceptor" label. This pack is completely fictional and so if there is a city, state or county in which "Harlem" exists (Harlem shake is excempt... hehe) it is entirely coincidence.
Future plans: I will try and make new clothes texture for the sheriff deputies. I can't promise anything as it's very hard and time consuming to create a decent looking ped with GTA. But I will give it my best shot. I hope you enjoy!

If you are installing LSPDFR 0.4 for the first time, we strongly recommend that you do so on a clean copy of Grand Theft Auto V without any other mods or plugins.

LSPDFR 0.4 brings sweeping changes which have been implemented over a number of years and is the latest major version of LSPDFR, released in December 2018.  LSPDFR turns the world of GTA V upside down, giving you the power to enforce the law as you see fit.
