  2. I got it to work. I put in commandline with the two you recommended and it works fine now. Thanks for commenting and helping :)
  3. I fiddled around and now it wont finish loading. "Loading - The Cousins Bellic" Is there and it wont finish, not even after letting it sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Everytime i launch GTA, right after it gets done loading, and Niko comes on, my game crashes and says "GTA IV FATAL ERROR: Out of video memory - Please re-boot your system. 179908608 179908608" I have rebooted my computer, i have reinstalled GTA IV, i have went to Youtube. Nothing worked, and like always, i just came here. How do i get more video memory, or how do i get the message to stop popping up? Thanks for the help.
  5. What file is the CVPI and charger? Hot pack by the way!
  6. Well, i got it to work. I just reinstalled GTA IV and all my other stuff and it works beautifully now. Thanks for helping :)
  7. These pictures arent the greatest, just pics of when i called in suspect's names. So far no luck in doing so, but ill keep fiddling around with it. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=429829745 http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=429828972 These lights are what i would describe as "Not fuzzy" Because these just light up, where the other ones are practically all over the place. Also, no, i have not used an ENB After about 45 minutes of fiddling with the emissive lights, i think im done for the night. They still look the same, and i went from 90 all the way back down to 10. Still look the same. Any other tips?
  8. Im in visualsettings in GTAIV > common > data> visualsettings.dat. What do i do now?
  9. Hello. My ELS Lights were "Detailed" before i upgraded to ELS V8.5, but then they turned fuzzy. So i reinstalled everything and ELS V8 is still fuzzy. How do i change this? Steam doesnt want to work, so here are links to pictures of the "Fuzzy" lights: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=429828259 http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=429828211
  10. Thanks so much for helping! Its working all fine and dandy now. Thanks a bunch! :)
  11. Downloading that got it to work. However, i installed a few scripts and ELSV8 and now LCPDFR is getting an error. Im new to the whole modding thing, so where do i find the logs to that session?
  12. Hello. Today i tried to install LCPDFR. Installation went well, everything went well, i think. I went in game, hit Alt P (Left alt, and right alt) And all it did was make my graphics a bit blurry. Hit Alt P again and it made the graphics look normal again. That installing was the automatic installation. So i tried the second auto installation. It went well and i went in game, and same thing happened. No LCPDFR whatsoever. So i went and did the Manual installation. Same thing, no LCPDFR. I went onto Youtube to try to see if i was installing it correctly. Yes i was. If i dont include the logs you need to see, let me know. 14. I would like to play GTA IV, and i bought it on steam, however, when i try to install/load steam, it says "Failed to load Steamui.dll" I cannot load the steam client and i literally cannot do anything. Any help/suggestions? Steam isnt responding, i sent this in a week ago and still no replies. Thanks :)

  16. Yes, i am from PA, so thats kinda why i would like them :P Also, i have SparkIV and i know how to install the cars, but i dont know how to change the textures (Dont have simple native trainer, being on laptop makes me not have the keys to change it, and when i changed the keys, it was difficult to understand) I have tried installing Snoopy's textures, but when i hit "download" only the textures popped up, and i couldnt actually download them. Also, i really dont care for the lightbars, as long as they are with ELS and have the textures and stuff, skins arent really needed, i could use the default skins :P
  17. Lol, i know this is very old, but anyone got any packs? :)
