It's actually a shortened version of the non-els Whelen Edge Lightbar. I had to use this because I couldn't get any of the regular interior lightbars to funtion properly. -

LCPD Special Operations-Traffic Division just received a new order of Unmarked Chevrolet Impala's. After several petitions from officers against the new ELS vehicles having to many bugs and crashes, the LCPD has offiicially decided to reinstate Non ELS models. -
Hello everyone. I need the classic Crown Vic hubcaps for an upcoming NYPD pack that will include models from 1998-2011. I am trying to have this pack completed and starting to release once this car is completed. I have seen a few models out there, but all are "Locked". I am not asking for the model (if not wanting to release chassis), just the wheels. Here's an example of what I need: Anyone that is able to help, please reply or pm. Thanks, -Altimaboi27

Thanks for the tips. Yeah I'm pretty new to modding. I've done some skins in the past but never to this degree. It's fun and alot to master but practice makes perfect. I'll give it a try and see how it goes from there. You all have been pretty helpful so far so any issues or questions I come across in the future I'll be looking to contact ya'll for your knowledge lol. Thanks, -Lee

I've been trying to create my own with Zmodeler, but am having no luck at this time. Can someone with the ability make a non els version of this car: I like the rims/hubcaps for this model year, there is one that was made and available on GTAPOLICEMODS as part of a 3 pack, but unfortunately it is ELS enabled (shown in the attached). Any help or advice would be great. Thanks. -Lee

Thanks for the reply and suggestions guys. I'll try and find an application to replace the lightbar. There are really just a few els cars that I want to enable as non els. Until then, I'll just wait for more non els cars to be released.

Is there any mod out there (besides "Strobe Mod") that can disable ELS on ELS enabled vehicles. I want the original red or blue lights to flash when hitting the horn button. Any advice would be great. Thanks, -Lee
