So while I am a little new to mods and how they work, I did take some time to look over forums and decided to post specifically the issue I'm having. I have installed the new LCPDFR 1.0, both manually and automatically(applying the hotfix). The game then loads properly, however when attempting to launch the game (Alt-P), nothing comes up. Even the ~ key will not load anything for commands. Could I be overlooking something in the install. I believe I have all needed updates and proper OS, etc for the game to work, but am at a loss. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I am new to this mod and recently installed it. Through You-Tube I have seen people respond to traffic accidents. Is this what this mod can do or a different version that does it, as I have not received that call yet? Also, does this mod give you the ems and fire calls or is that a different mod all together? Thanks for the help.
