I have completely uninstalled 0.95RC and I haven't tried it without the modded peds. Do you think it makes a difference?

When trying to enter the police station's marker, the ordinary loading screen appears but it does not load the actual police station, it just stays on the loading screen the entire time. I have performed all the suggestions on the support page but, the issue has not been resolved. I also have a police officer mod as well as a police car pack mod which I don't know if that interferes with the loading. My operating system is Windows 8 and the game as well as the older, 0.95 LCPDFR version, runs excellent from previous experience with mods included. Thank you for your time and please leave a suggestion if you know how to fix this irritating issue.
