Today I bring you a ped modification for the Laguna Beach Police Department on GTA IV
 
Based on the Ped by LeoAllTheWay

Also, expect some new peds coming like LVMPD or maybe CHP, NYPD, Some more Laguna Ped Updates too!
I understand this isnt the correct color and the badge is off but this was a quick release!

Instructions:
 
INSTALLATION:
Open 'OpenIV' and go to your GTA V Directory.
In 'OpenIV', go to the 'x64' folder, then audio > sfx > resident.rpf
Inside Resident.rpf should be 16 .awc files.
Right click in an empty space, and the Import OpenFormats
Navigate to the folder you put the 'vehicles' folder and the 'vehicles.oac' into, and select the 'Vehicles.oac'. Proceed to click OK

Took me a good 2 hours to find a good recording off the siren

CHICAGO PD SEEMS TO LET OFFICERS HAVE VISIBLE TATTOOS BASED ON A COURT RULING, BUT I'M NOT SURE TODAY IF THIS STILL APPLIES.
 
PS2: the prisguard model has both long and short sleeves. I think CPD only uses black long sleeves uniforms but I included the short sleeve options too, it looks cool.
