Don't get me wrong here but last time I checked out this website this was made for people to do such a thing, so if that bothers you feel free to go elsewhere. But if I complete a group of files that need uploading, I am going to do so. That is how I work I make a set of skins and then I go through pick what I feel is better than others and upload that set at one time, work smarter not harder.

To be totally frank I really hope GTA V is not moddable because I really enjoy playing online with my buddy and we enjoy the GTA V online not some modded up police version. Unlike GTA IV if you attempt to join a regular multiplier game it's not even feasible. GTA V was created for the online experience that they intended it to be and they did a very good job at, I for one do not wish to see that ruined. I'm totally cool with sticking to my GTA IV for my LCPD:FR mods that crash every 20 minutes of game play for when I am in the mood to pretend to be a cop; something that gets old real quick when your a police academy major and notice that GTA IV LCPD:FR is really just a traffic stop and approach simulator. On that note I'll stand by my guns for defending Rockstar and hope that if and when mods come out for this game they stay on top of it to either A) keep it far far away from my multiplayer experience or B) Let the people who want to mod the game rent their own servers to run it on. According to ENBSeries, the creator of mods for games such as The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, Skyrim, Fallout 3 and even Grand Theft Auto IV, Rockstar has prevented any mods from being introduced to the game. Taking to the ENBSeries forums to explain why he will not be adding mods into the game, the popular modder wrote: I was wrong. Rockstar did everything to prevent modding of GTA5, so at this moment impossible to do anything via editing game files. All my buddies modders share the same opinion, that GTA is short living like any other game whithout mods, so i do not care about modding it unless: 1) modding will be possible by changes in future patches or when drm and encryption will be hacked. 2) when game will have stable patch which works for every player. 3) i don’t see much potency to modify the game, just a few minor changes without “wow” effects, just make it possible to tweak everything is definetly not for first day players, so better give it some time and see, perhaps game will be dead very soon (see p1). 4) at this moment i have so many problems, that first question is for me how not finish in suicide. Though he got a tad dramatic at the end there, considering so many were looking forward to seeing what the modding community came up with using GTAV‘s huge open-world environment, it’s no surprise that he’s frustrated by Rockstar’s choice to prevent modders from toying around with the game files.
