Anybody else having issues with Games for windows live account not working for gta iv cause mine says that there is a problem with my account and it says that the account cant be logged in cause there was new terms and conditions so i loggeg in to it on the internet and it said that i needed a parental units approval before i could keep playing gta iv with my account that i use to save my game

hi so when i downloaded the basic trainer mod and went into the game to test it and when i pressed the key combo to go on duty a skateboard ramp thing was spawned when i did not want it to spawn so how do i keep that from doing that if anyone knows how please tell me thanks
