    a new issue: the game seems to load very long time, spawning objects like roads, buildings and so also takes times to spawn. looks like im driving on the air.. and yes i have car mods.

    same here after i got the final patch of the hotfix, it came to live again. thus, when i call for NOOSE backup (F12) game is crashing

    after i got the LCPDFR 0.90F-H1 and the ELS mod streets in liberty city are kinda empty there is alot of taxis driving around and police patrols... sometimes bunch of cars of the same model are appearing and parking in the street any ideas how to get the city back to life?? thnx
