    You have to put the 2 files in the scripts folder

    I`m not very smart with this, but I could pick out this GTA IV - Asi loader: XLiveLess I would suggest to re-install LCPD:FR and use Dsound as asi loader but I think you better could listen to Asuna

    why would you want to un-install the mod ? ;) actually I don`t know because i don't have it o my PC now, but I guess you just have to un-install it / remove the files and you don`t have to do anything with GTA 4
